These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales of Hibourama products made remotely through the website hibourama.it.

These general terms and conditions of sale must be carefully reviewed by the Customer before completing the remote purchase procedure of the products. It is understood that by placing a purchase order through the hibourama.it website, the Customer fully and unconditionally acknowledges and accepts these general terms and conditions of sale. By submitting the order, the Customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with these general terms and conditions of sale and the payment terms outlined below, declaring to have read and accepted all the information provided, and also acknowledges that Hibourama shall not be bound by different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.

These general terms and conditions of remote sale may be printed and retained by anyone who visits the hibourama.it website and shall be considered applicable and in force as long as they are accessible from the website. The removal of these terms and conditions from the hibourama.it website implies their automatic and irrevocable inapplicability, invalidity, and unenforceability with respect to purchases made after their removal, even if these terms and conditions remain accessible or available to the public through websites other than the one mentioned above.

Payment by the Customer for purchases made through hibourama.it can be made via:

  • Credit card

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Stripe Checkout

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

The Customer’s credit card will be charged when the order is being prepared for shipment. For payment purposes, the Customer confirms via the hibourama.it website that they are the rightful holder of the credit card provided and that the name on the credit card is their own. The Customer must enter the card number, expiration date, and security code directly on the hibourama.it website. If, for any reason, the charge cannot be completed, the sales process will be automatically canceled, and the purchase voided. You must use a valid debit or credit card in your name when making a payment.

If the Customer chooses Stripe Checkout at the time of the order, the first payment will be charged immediately, and subsequent payments will be automatically charged every 30 days after the initial payment. There are no interest fees when paying in 6 or 12 installments. In the event of a missed payment, the amount will be added to the next installment.

If the Customer cancels the purchase or exercises the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, Hibourama will automatically waive any remaining amount due. If a paid order is returned, Hibourama will issue a full refund.

The Customer authorizes Hibourama to charge the remaining payments to their card on the respective due dates without further notice.

If you purchase with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties, and their assignees, and you authorize this transfer.
