Refund policy

The Customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product. In this case, the Customer must notify us via their Customer Area or by contacting our Customer Care. Additionally, the Product must be returned in accordance with the methods and timelines outlined in the FAQ section, and in compliance with the Consumer Code.
