I'M HAVING TROUBLE PLACING AN ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER PURCHASE?

Only if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us through our contact form with the subject line “Order Modification Request.”

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled. However, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

For personalized items, please contact our Customer Service team — we will be happy to accommodate your request.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact us with photos and order details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible with either a replacement or a refund.

CAN I ADD AN ITEM AFTER CONFIRMING MY ORDER?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to add items to a confirmed order. We recommend placing a new order.

HOW DO I APPLY A PROMOTIONAL CODE ONLINE?

Enter your code in the “Discount Code” field during checkout before completing your payment.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends) before being handed over to the courier.

Delivery times generally are:

  • Italy: 2–3 business days
  • European Union, USA & Canada: 2–5 business days from shipment date
  • Rest of the world: 4–7 business days from shipment date
WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

We work with trusted couriers such as TNT and UPS (for non-EU countries) to ensure reliable and trackable deliveries.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping is free on all orders over €350.

For orders below €350, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout after selecting your destination country and before payment.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy. Each order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

You may request an address change within a few hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service team or message us on WhatsApp at +39 347 926 3665.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Once returned, all merchandise will be inspected by our Quality Control team. The company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the required conditions.

You will be refunded the full order amount, including any original shipping costs paid for receiving the order. The only cost you will incur is the return shipping or pickup fee, which will be deducted directly from your refund.

For orders placed from non-EU countries, an additional €15 customs handling fee will also be deducted from the refunded amount.

To begin your return, you will need:

  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
  • The email address used when placing the order

The system will guide you step by step through the process.

During the procedure, you can choose between:

  • Refund
  • Product exchange
  • Gift card, redeemable anytime on our website

Once your request is completed, you will receive all return instructions.

HOW CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE?

To request an exchange, visit:

In the dedicated section, you can submit your exchange request and automatically place your new order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Your refund will be processed once the returned items have been inspected and approved by our Quality Control team.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been initiated.

Please note that:

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to place the order
  • The refund will be equal to the amount paid for the item
  • The amount will be credited to the account used to make the payment
  • If payment was made using a Gift Card, a new Gift Card for the same value will be issued
  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment method and bank
  •  If you placed your order using a discount code, you will receive a refund for the amount paid, i.e. the amount debited following application of the discount code. The discount code will no longer be valid
  • If you shopped with a discount code and are only returning some of the items, the refund will be proportional to the value of the discount
CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER TO A PHYSICAL STORE?

No, at the moment it is not possible to return online purchases to our physical retailers.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COURIER DOES NOT COLLECT MY RETURN?
  • For UPS home pickup, the courier will attempt collection up to 5 times starting from the first available pickup date.
  • Alternatively, you can drop off your package at the nearest UPS Access Point:

I RECEIVED A DIFFERENT REFUND THAN EXPECTED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

ARE CUSTOMS DUTIES OR IMPORT TAXES APPLIED FOR NON-EU COUNTRIES?

Yes, shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and depend on the type and quantity of goods. They are not controlled by our company.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

Your account is automatically created when you place an order. A password is no longer required — each time you need to access your account, a login code will be sent to your email address.
