Shipping policy

The Product will be shipped via a courier selected by Hibourama and delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order. In the case of a return, shipping must be carried out according to the instructions provided in the FAQ section. Delivery times are at the courier’s discretion. If the courier is unable to locate the Customer during the specified delivery window, a second delivery attempt will be made on the following day. If the Customer is still unavailable, the courier will leave a notice and the Customer will be required to collect the Product from the designated pick-up point indicated in the delivery failure notice.

Hibourama cannot be held liable for any delivery delays caused by the Customer.

Shipping costs for product deliveries will be:
(i) covered by Hibourama for shipments within the Italian territory;
(ii) borne by the Customer for shipments outside of Italy.

Hibourama expressly disclaims any liability for failure or delay in product delivery due to the courier, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.

The Product will be delivered to the Customer in a dedicated box, which includes:
(i) the Product with its dust bag;
(ii) the prepaid return label, to be affixed to the reusable box in which the Product was received.
