Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends) before being handed over to the courier. Delivery times within Italy generally range from 2 to 3 business days, depending on the destination.

Orders shipped to the rest of the European Union, the USA, and Canada typically require approximately 2–5 business days from the shipping date. Orders shipped to the rest of the world generally require around 4–7 business days from the shipping date.

We use reliable couriers such as TNT or UPS (for non-EU countries) to ensure tracked and timely deliveries.

Shipping is free on all orders over €350.

For orders below €350, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout after selecting the destination country and before payment.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy. Every order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.
