You can return or exchange Hibourama products purchased online, for any reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To return an item and obtain a refund or exchange, the products must not have been altered in any way and be in perfect condition, with tags and labels still attached and in their original packaging.

We cannot refund or exchange products if they do not comply with the conditions described. Please also note that products that do not comply with the return policy will be returned to the customer at their expense, as they cannot be put back on sale.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Items must be returned in original condition.
Upon return, the merchandise will be checked by our Quality Control. The company reserves the right to refuse the return if the indicated conditions are not met.

You will be refunded the full amount of the order, including any shipping costs incurred for receiving the order. The only cost you will bear will be the cost of picking up the package from your home. This cost will be deducted directly from the refunded amount.

If you placed an order from a non-EU country, an additional €15 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

To initiate the return, you must enter the order number (indicated in the confirmation email) and the email address used at the time of purchase.

The system will guide you step by step through completing the application.

During the procedure you will be able to choose between:

  • Reimbursement
  • Product change
  • Gift card , usable at any time on our site

Once your request is complete, you will receive all the return instructions.

In the dedicated section, you can request a change and automatically place the new order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Your refund will be processed as soon as the returned items are inspected and accepted by our Quality Control team . The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
We will notify you by email as soon as the refund has been processed.

CAN I MAKE AN E-COMMERCE RETURN BY DELIVERING IT TO A PHYSICAL LOCATION?

No, it is not currently possible to return items purchased online from our retailers.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COURIER HAS NOT COLLECTED THE GOODS?
  • For home collection by UPS courier, the courier will try up to 5 times on the first available date.
  • Alternatively, you can drop off your package directly at your nearest UPS drop-off point : https://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=it_IT
WHERE CAN I FIND THE RETURN LABEL?

I RECEIVED A DIFFERENT REFUND THAN WHAT I EXPECTED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
